You may return textile accessories purchased from jointswhregen within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. This return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
To initiate a return, please contact us at partnership@jointswhregen.world or through our contact page. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned under our voluntary return policy. However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Custom or personalised textile accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective or if they fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
This return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (for example, if it is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description), you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund regardless of this return policy. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
